Terms of Service

Plain terms for a pay per call service, last updated September 2026.

1. What you buy. Each paid call buys one signed response from the endpoint you called, at the price shown in its 402 payment requirements. No accounts, no subscriptions except the watchdog service which covers the period stated at purchase.
2. What we promise. We serve the response our systems produce at the time of your call, signed by the published signer for that service. Signatures are verifiable offline with the recipe published on each preview.
3. What we do not promise. Responses are data, not advice. Sanctions and screening verdicts are produced from the public lists named in each response and are not legal or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your own compliance obligations. Services are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
4. Refunds. Payments are on chain, per call and final. If an endpoint takes your payment and fails to serve a response, contact us with the transaction hash and we will make it right.
5. Fair use. Do not attempt to disrupt the services or resell raw responses as your own product without our written agreement.
6. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
