Full scan of 1 November 2026 (scan-20261101T050901Z). Base and Solana on chain demand for the 7 days to 1 November 05:09 UTC. Published on 2 November, a day later than usual, so that a new funder check could run over every paying wallet rather than a sample.
28,144 pay per call resources across 3,118 hosts. 27,231 return a well formed 402, 804 cannot be paid with either verb, 26 unreachable, 70 malformed, 5 not payable, 8 skipped. A PAYABLE verdict means the challenge is well formed and, on Solana, the destination account exists. It is not a claim about delivery or quality.
The scanned catalogue fell from 49,677 to 28,144 resources. 21,149 of that drop is a single host that left the listing entirely. Without it, the catalogue moved from 28,528 to 28,144 (-1.3%). Payable share is 96.8 percent this week (27,231 of 28,144). A week ago, excluding that host, it was 97.0 percent.
Payable resources by network (a resource can accept several): Base 27,070, Solana 10,581, Polygon 7,205, Arbitrum 5,391.
Seven days to 1 November 05:09 UTC. Strict attribution, unchanged since Report 11: a Transfer to a catalogue payTo counts only when the same transaction carries a USDC AuthorizationUsed (EIP-3009) whose authorizer equals the Transfer sender, at the log index immediately before that Transfer. Gross: 13,043.14 USDC over 560,359 transfers from 8,363 distinct paying wallets, median 0.02 USDC per call. 1,425 of 1,718 Base payTo received at least one payment. The ten largest payTo took 81 percent of the value. A week earlier: 12,120.66 USDC, 348,321 transfers, 3,473 wallets.
The loose rule gives 560,361 transfers and 13,043.16 USDC, a difference of 2 transfers.
Known answer: our own revenue wallet measured 12 transfers and 0.10 USDC in the same window, an exact match with our ledger.
| class | wallets | transfers | USDC |
|---|---|---|---|
| all | 8,363 | 560,359 | 13,043.14 |
| monitors | 39 | 39,928 | 331.41 |
| closed circuits | 301 | 37,727 | 2,206.70 |
| everything else | 8,165 | 482,704 | 10,505.03 |
USDC and transfers add up exactly. Wallet counts overlap and do not add.
Monitors: wallets that paid more than 20 distinct payTo in the window, plus known probers that identify themselves (Lumiere, Lumi Trades, KertivoCensus, Market402PaidProbe, AnnalistChecks, agents-trust, SettledScout, trilatic-probe).
Closed circuits: payTo whose outbound USDC over 30 days returns at least 80 percent of what their top payer sent them back to that same payer. 15 payTo met this, with 41,416 transfers and 2,256.99 USDC in. A seller testing its own endpoint looks the same on chain as one paying itself for ranking, so this is a measurement, not an accusation, and we do not name live hosts.
The rule was fixed before we measured: an address that was the first source of incoming USDC for 20 or more distinct payer wallets in the window. We found 21 such funders behind 5,118 of the remaining wallets and 5,165.98 USDC. Two of them are contracts whose wallets pay many different sellers and may be wallet infrastructure rather than one operator; we count them under the rule as written. 2,400 payer wallets (28.7%) had no funding event inside the window and are not counted as clusters. Report 11 was not measured this way.
Everything else, excluding single-funder clusters: 5,339.05 USDC from 3,047 wallets. Under the Report 11 method alone the figure is 10,505.03 USDC from 8,165 wallets. A distinct wallet is still not a distinct customer.
Why we added it: 6,563 of this week's 8,363 paying wallets were not present in Report 11, with 5,199.11 USDC. Three payTo account for 88.8 percent of these new wallets, and 6,369 of them paid only one distinct payTo. A wallet count that more than doubles in a week should be checked before it is read as growth. This is that check.
249 payTo appear on more than one host, covering 8,661.82 USDC. All figures here are per payTo (wallet). They are not split across the hosts or routes a payTo serves, and a chain receipt alone does not say which endpoint delivered.
Same window. Solana has no on-chain equivalent of EIP-3009 AuthorizationUsed, so we count only transfers whose amount equals a price the payee's own 402 quotes. 157.28 USDC over 6,779 transfers from 162 distinct paying wallets, to 116 payTo. Monitors: 4 wallets, 11.35 USDC. Known answer: our own Solana payTo measured 15 transfers and 0.085 USDC, an exact match with our ledger. Transfers to the same payTo that do not match a quoted price are not counted here; their unfiltered total is in the JSON and should not be read as agent payment volume. Single-funder clusters and closed circuits are not yet measured on Solana.
Base and Solana USDC. Other networks are not measured for demand.
